As each piece is specially made for each customer, in the measurments/ sizes, fabric and colour requested, we unfortunately can not offer refunds or exchanges. We have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY, so please make sure you 100% want your bespoke piece before ordering. All items are quality control checked before leaving our studio. If in the unlikely event that you find a problem with your garment relating to a production issue, e.g stitching error, please contact us immediately so we can rectify this.
