Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Secret Sewing Rooms, our bespoke garments are individually handmade to our customers’ requested measurements and personal specifications. We therefore do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds due to a change of mind on our bespoke garments.
This includes garments made to individual measurements, as well as standard-sized garments specially altered to a customer’s requested specifications, including adjustments to the bust, waist or hips.
Under UK consumer law, garments made to a customer’s individual specifications or that are perosnalised, are exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
Please carefully check all measurements, sizing, colours and customisation choices before placing your order. Please also make sure you 100% want your bespoke piece before ordering.
Your statutory rights are not affected. All completed garments undergo quality-control checks before dispatch. If for any reason you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photographs so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.
