How do I take my own measurements?
It is important that you give us the correct measurements for the perfect fit. You can purchase a soft tape measure from most supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda for around £1. To measure, please refer to our diagram below...
How do I order a made to measure garment, your website only gives an option for standard dress size?
When ordering, please order your usual UK dress size from the drop down box then add your measurements and colour choice in the notes section at checkout. If you do not add your measurements then your order will be made to our standard size chart below.
What sizes do you make, do you have a limit on sizes that can be made?
We do not have any limits on sizes that can be made. We cater for all shapes and sizes. Our website sizing gives options from a size 4 up to a size 18 (UK size), or some designs give options from size 4-14. However if you require smaller than a size 4 or larger than a size 18 please send us a message via the contact page on our website and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that for some of our more detailed designs like our Roxy dress, anything above a size 14 (according to our size chart shown above) will incur an additional cost. This cost goes towards the additional materials and labour as every piece is handmade for each customer and requires a lot of time and work.
Alterations?
We offer made to measure garments as well as standard dress size garments (please note standard size garments are still made to order, but an option for customers who may not have the time to take measurements), although we would always advise customers to send measurements when possible, for a more perfect fit. In the unlikely event that a made to measure garment does not fit as expected, we are pleased to offer alteration services to ensure your satisfaction. We kindly recommend that customers return the item to us for any necessary alterations. Please note that we can not accept liability for any damage or issues arising from alterations performed elsewhere. Please contact us with a detailed description of alteration needed along with a picture of you wearing the piece to give us a clear idea of what needs to be done to your garment to ensure it fits you perfectly.
How do I choose my fabric and colour?
Please check our 'FABRIC CHOICES' section on our website for a selection of fabrics and colours to choose from. If you would like a fabric that is not shown here then feel free to send us a message with the type/ colour you would like and we will try our best to source it for you.

Production & Delivery Timeframes
UK Orders
UK orders are carefully handmade and delivered within approximately 3 weeks. Many orders are completed sooner, depending on current demand.
International Orders
International orders require up to 3 weeks for production, plus additional shipping time depending on the destination country and local postal service.
If you require your order for a specific date, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase so we can confirm availability. For rush requests, please get in touch and we will always do our very best to accommodate where possible.

UK Shipping
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (with signature) or Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring a secure and reliable service.
We charge a flat rate of £5 for UK delivery, and we cover any additional shipping costs beyond this amount.
International Shipping
International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country. The exact cost will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
